A Message From Our Founder
My name is Wayne Richards. My career in the garbage business started literally in a car seat. Back then, my dad would hand load waste into a single axle dump truck with big side boards. In 1966, my dad purchased his first hydraulically operated front-end loader disposal truck. My brother and I were raised with a strict work ethic common amongst many of the "old timers" in this industry. Over the years there have been many challenges to keeping the waste moving, with the closures of landfills to shipping waste to the States. After university, in the early 80's, my independent nature lead me to purchase my own truck and start on my own. Lessons learned and experience bought and paid for has instilled in me a measure of gratitude for the privilege of serving my customers.
